In the rules, if the players do not have the funds to pay for the trading fee, they must keep the card, placing it face-up in front of them. Any trading fees held this way must be paid immediately upon receiving enough money.
In the game, during round 3 a player (JustinJR), after paying for the bid, had no money left to pay for the one $3k trading fee included in the stockpile he just acquired. Game noted that the trading fee was not paid, to be paid later. According to rules, the unpaid trading fee had to be displayed face up in front. There was no indication in the game showing the unpaid trading fee of a player.
Later in the round, same player got 2k of dividends, still not enough money to pay for the 3k trading fee. No money was deducted to pay part of 3k, so it's still outstanding and the player got to bid 1k on some stock piles next round.
In the next round (2nd to the last), with 2k on hand, same player got another 3k trading fee. Again, fee was kept to be paid later (game mentions this), but when the player got 6k of dividends and had 8k total cash, the accumulated trading fees (of 6k) were not paid and the game goes to the last round.
In another issue of trading fees, since these fees are revealed face up when acquired, the game should mention the breakdown of trading fees being paid when there are 2 or more trading fees (received as face down card). As of now, the game just puts the total amount of trading fees paid, without mentioning what kind of trading fees were they.• Is de inbreuk op de spelregels zichtbaar in de spelherhaling? On the last round, when player sold shares and gained enough money, the game automatically paid the 2 outstanding trading fees. The game mentions this.
So, the bug then (which violates the game rules), is that the trading fees were not paid immediately when player gained enough money through dividends. The fees were only paid when the player gained money by selling shares shares. Also, unpaid trading fees were not visible to other players, when the game rules state that they should be revealed/placed in front of the player.

Move 166 - player sold 10k worth of shares, only then 6k of accumulated trading fees were paid.
Not paying the accumulated fees immediately when money became available (even from dividends) as the rules require allowed player to bid on stockpiles in the succeeding rounds, forcing other players to bid higher. This would not have happened if the player had no money left.
