Was not able to play Galapagos Giant Tortoise to the 1 hex which was connected to Outdoors Area special tile in the same turn as creating that 1 hex.

Move 429 was when I tried to use the 1 hex enclosure, but played something else instead because the turtle wouldn't go in the hex I wanted it to.
I just had a similar problem. And refreshing fixed the problem, thanks.
