It's not the first time I encounter the problem but during the planning phase, I wanted to complete a cronstruction with a recycling card but I cannot add any character token at that time and so I can't have this card on my empire. Is it because I had to anticipate and place the token at the end of the previous production phase? Nevertheles, the rules are clear about that : "Some spaces require Krystallium cubes or Character tokens. You can fill these spaces at any time by placing the appropriate item on them, if you have it in your
possession. Unlike Resource cubes, you can wait until later to place them."
