Based on the rules, it says keep "up to" 2 chocolates, which means I can choose to keep 0 or 1. When I had 3 or more leftover, the interface asked me which ones I would like to convert to coal, but when I had 2 leftover, there was never a pause to do this.
Did I miss it or is it not implemented?
