I'm the white player. Certain messages at the top of the screen are completely illegible in the impact font. I had to highlight them to be able to read them. I think its because the font has an outline and maybe a dropshadow or something, but I literally couldn't read it.

This is what I currently see... I'll update with another shot during my turn--there have been some things that have been much harder to read.
I've pushed out an update which might fix your problem. I'm unable to reproduce it, though (running Win10 Chrome 89, tried in 88 in Win10 and MacOS), so I'll need you to confirm.
