When clicking on the BGA logo to go to the homepage the website freezes and 20+ error messages will eventually load saying the welcome page is not found. The url is showing as boardgamearena.com/welcome and this started happening for me yesterday.

At the same time I'm noticing another site error that I cannot view my own profile. Clicking on my avatar to open the sidebar and then clicking "view my profile" does not load anything and freezes. The url it tries to go to is boardgamearena.com/player . The correct link is not being displayed. When in game and clicking on another player, their profile page is also messed up a bit with all the categories to select (such as games player, reputation, xp, etc) are squished together and have no spacing like they were before.

This is still happening. Another aspect is that the only way to view a player profile it to click from in game. But the profile page buttons are unresponsive. Clicking on xp, or games played for example, does not navigate to those sections.

I have an older browser, this may be something that BGA recently changed, and similar things have happened in the past. When clicking on the home button or "view my profile" the entire site is frozen for 3 to 4 minutes.

This behaviour has not gone away. It is still the way same scenario described above.

This has escalated to the entire site not working on mobile. This seems to be an issue again with older browser, and in the past a fix was able to be pushed.

Chrome v68 is mentionned in this report. I would suggest to update to a more recent version of this browser.

The site wide issue was resolved in this report boardgamearena.com/bug?id=127878 but the home page and user profiles are still not able to be accessed. I am not able to update to a newer version, but hopefully the fix is simple if it's related to the site wide error as well.

Here is a screen shot, when the page finally unfreezes the are actually over 500 error messages that load.

This error still persists, even if it's not a problem for you with a newer browser I don't think you can mark this as "works for me" if you are not addressing the issue.

This week the profile pages started working again. The home page now "loads" instead of the error but the page is unreadable and elements are all on top of each other. The latest news section also has ALL tiles shown so the page is very wide to show literally 40 news tiles breaking free from the box they should be in. News feed is blank even though there should be items there, and most games displayed break free from their containers and overlap each other.

The home page is still broken, nothing loads into it's containers and the page is at least 20x too wide because ALL news items load beside each other. Can you please look at the issue.

Nothing has changed, it's sad you ignore bugs without actually looking into them.

User profiles are back to being messed up. Clicking on "view my profile" loads the home page with an error "page not found: player". Clicking on someone else's user name does the same thing as well.

Please fix this

Still not working. Adding to this you also get an error trying to go to the game guru page. It's obviously something you changed in the backend since the user profiles came back for a bit and then went away.

Pretty unbelievable that you won't address issues without actually viewing them with the stated browsers. Sloppy way of handling anything
