This was a solo Yams game.
This issue happened in the previous turn as well when I still had three options left. I could select two options (4 of a kind or Rigole) for zero points, which didn't work. I selected 5's, which I didn't want to do due to low score, but that still worked, so it seems tied to the Confirm/Cancel modal for zero points
Are you using a custom css filter or something?
Just now I updated Chrome to the latest version and completely restarted, but the dialog still doesn't work.
