I have suspected this to be the case for a little while, but it actually happened to me today, to my benefit and thus other players' detriment. I can only wonder--pun intended :)--how much this has hurt me on BGA.
The second edition rules for 7 Wonders say "Each resource symbol can only be bought once per turn by the same player." Well, I was allowed to buy stone from Ephesus while playing as Rhodes Night twice on the same turn, 4 coins to Ephesus. This let me build the first stage of my Wonder, gaining a shield, coins, and points.
Is the website not keeping this rule, or has it not even been implemented? This is a serious impact on games and ELOs and on Arena competitions. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. -
