Playing on PC I can get the effect description on hover the cursor on the effect's icon. But on mobiles the hover does not work. If I forgot the iconography, I have to open the rulebook.
It would be nice to show the tooltip text by click on the icons. Especially it would be useful for the room bonuses which are hard to see on small mobile screen. -

The layout is broken. The resolution on my mobile is 2442x1100
I would also suggest adding tooltips to the room bonuses. They does not exist right now. It would be very useful for beginners.
